Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Senior Controls Engineer to lead and support our controls and automation business. The role focuses on integration of control systems for industrial and manufacturing markets, with leadership and adherence to company standards.

You will guide PLC/HMI programming, coordinate installations, and help develop engineering standards while maintaining thorough project documentation and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years lead systems integration experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading projects with multiple systems for implementation.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and control schematic design; UL 508A knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to engineering, programming, and execution teams, with focus on PLC and HMI.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and startup of automation systems.
• Develop standards, best practices, and procedures for control systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of plans, resolutions, and changes.
• Engage with customers and teams to discuss forecasts and work planning.
