Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical/Mechatronics related field.
• 10+ years hands-on industry experience preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial automation, controls, or machine programming.
• Experience with PLCs and HMIs in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with Rockwell/Siemens platforms and industrial networks.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% for installations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PLC control systems for custom automation.
• Develop PC-based control software and industrial apps.
• Create intuitive HMI/operator interfaces.
• Program motion control, servos, VFDs, robotics, and safety devices.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize machine performance during assembly and startup.
• Support commissioning at customer sites.
• Document software and maintain revision control.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
