Job summary

SIBLING is seeking a driven Controls Engineer to join our automation team. You will work directly with customers to define requirements, design architectures, and manage projects through configuration and commissioning.

The role involves guiding junior engineers, translating client needs into robust control solutions across major platforms, and traveling to client sites for commissioning and support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering.
• Experience with major control system platforms (Rockwell/Siemens/Emerson).
• Willingness to travel to client sites for project meetings and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to define functional requirements and translate into configurations.
• Design control system networks, architectures, and electrical controls.
• Program and configure controllers (Rockwell, Siemens).
• Test configurations to verify they meet project requirements.
• Travel to client sites to support commissioning and issue resolution.
• Stay current with emerging control technologies and apply new concepts.
