Cognify Global seeks a Senior Controls Engineer for our Florida team. You will design, program, and configure PLC and HMI systems, integrating controls with current manufacturing processes and ensuring reliable operation across multiple lines.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and at least eight years of control systems experience, with strong PLC skills, motion control, and sensor integration. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computing or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in control systems engineering.
• Proficient in PLC programming and configuration across platforms.
• Strong knowledge of motion control, sensors and data acquisition.
• Broad industry exposure; experience with automation cells, vision or robotics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
