As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will develop advanced control solutions for high-precision mechatronic systems. Your work will improve the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of technology supporting semiconductor production worldwide. You will join the Mechatronics and Controls Engineering team in San Diego, Ca and help ASML advance lithography technology through practical, scalable engineering solutions.
In this senior role, you will own technically complex solutions from early research through integration and qualification. You will guide engineers, coordinate across disciplines, and balance technical quality with timely delivery.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $109,200-150,150. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
