An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Controls Engineer with expertise in industrial automation, conveyor systems, and material handling solutions. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in debugging, programming from scratch, and creating electrical schematics, with hands-on knowledge in HMI development and robotics integration—especially with Doosan and Fanuc robots.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, program, and debug control systems for automated machinery, ensuring safety and performance standards.
Develop control software using PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms; proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams is essential.
Create schematics and documentation for system integration and compliance.
Program HMI interfaces from scratch for intuitive user experiences.
Integrate and troubleshoot robotic systems, including Doosan and Fanuc.
Lead projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.
Support and mentor junior engineers, fostering team development.
Ensure seamless system integration and communication across hardware platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
At least 5 years in controls engineering or industrial automation.
Proven ability to debug complex systems and manage full development lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric PLCs.
Deep knowledge of industrial networks like Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus.
Familiarity with safety systems standards such as SIL and IEC 61508.
Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Skills:
Advanced control methods like PID and Model Predictive Control.
Experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB and Simulink.
Background in robot integration, especially with collaborative robots (cobots).
