**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 8-12 (+) years of experience in Operation Technology development within the manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in integrating robotics into manufacturing processes and operations technology security.
• Direct experience withSIS cybersecurity - ensuringSafety Instrumented Systems (SIS) are secure from cyber threats .
• Proficiency with PLC and HMI programming, especially with Siemens or Allen Bradley systems.
• Proven track record developing and managing capital projects centered plant automation / industrial control systems
• Knowledge of AI applications for manufacturing and IoT connectivity are highly desired.
• Strong leadership and professional communication abilities.
• Permanent Residency (Green Card) or US Citizenship is Necessary. No sponsorship is available now or in the future.
