Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for our automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control engineering and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for automation projects
• Program and configure PLCs and HMIs
• Work with servo systems and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers
• Maintain documentation for control system designs and changes
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software for control system design
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI development
• Strong understanding of servo systems and VFDs
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
