Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a Deployment Engineer to lead end-to-end deployment and commissioning of BMS, SCADA, and EPMS systems across multiple greenfield sites. You will own reliability, develop runbooks, and drive live handovers to operations.

Travel 50-70% to deployment and support sites; prerequisite is a strong background in control systems and field commissioning. Equity in stock options is part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Owned field deployment and commissioning of controls systems from end to end.
• Built commissioning standards, acceptance test procedures, and reliability runbooks.
• Diagnosed and resolved control system failures on live or commissioning infrastructure.
• Mentored controls engineers in the field to enable independent commissioning.
• Ability to travel to deployment sites 50-70 percent of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and commissioning of BMS, SCADA, and EPMS systems across concurrent greenfield sites, from pre-deployment readiness through live handover to operations.
• Own operational reliability of deployed control systems across the live fleet, driving root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Develop and maintain commissioning standards and runbooks for site teams to execute without central support.
• Lead integrated testing, functional acceptance, and live cutover on site; resolve integration failures before handover.
• Enforce reliability controls standards across the portfolio including alarm management and failover testing.
