Job summary

ICU Medical in Salt Lake City seeks a Senior Automation Engineer to lead automation design, implementation, and validation of control systems in a GMP environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or STEM required.
• Minimum of 4 years of controls or automation engineering experience in pharma, food, or cosmetic industries preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA/HMI systems and control architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance for equipment and machine control systems and lead troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for process equipment and network/server improvements and cost savings.
• Create and update P&IDs, wiring schematics, and I/O drawings for controls systems.
