Jobot is seeking a seasoned Controller in Hesperia, CA to lead all financial operations for a construction/manufacturing-focused company. The role drives accounting, forecasting and strategic financial analysis to support executive decision making.

Ideal candidates boast a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and at least five years in senior financial management, with Epicor experience and strong Excel skills. This on-site role offers full benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior financial managerial role, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency in Epicor and advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems per GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal controls and audit activities.
• Consolidate financial data for consolidated results.
• Lead annual audits with external auditors and board finance committee.
• Produce monthly financial statements and cash flow projections for executives.
• Implement budgeting and financial planning processes.
