Blue Ops Partners is seeking an experienced Controller to join the Office of the CFO team, driving financial discipline and scalable processes across client portfolios. You will lead the client's accounting function, ensure timely reporting, strengthen internal controls, and partner with client executives on value creation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Technically strong accounting leader with deep GAAP knowledge.
• Experience managing financial operations in dynamic environments.
• Clear communicator partnering with executives and external partners.
• Process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Able to lead teams and deliver key deliverables under tight timelines.
• Willingness to travel 25-40% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee accounting operations for clients, including month-end close and internal controls.
• Oversee general ledger management, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure accuracy of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reporting.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and standardized procedures.
• Oversee cash management: AP, AR, treasury, fixed assets, cash forecasting.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and bank partners.
