Responsabilités

• Reconcile payroll liabilities so the TX filings never bounce
• Develop cash flow models and monitor liquidity for the Dallas, TX team
• Mentor junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy
• Own the senior sign-off on journal entries above the threshold
• Build the senior analyst's first reconciliation checklist from scratch
• Own the accounts-payable cycle from invoice intake through final disbursement
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Audit travel and entertainment spend without compromising integrity
