Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join the finance team in Minnesota. This role involves overseeing all accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in accounting and leadership, with strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting software. Competitive pay range is $30.00 to $50.00 per hour, with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience in a mid-sized or large corporate environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and annual budgets.
