Job summary

A leading staffing and consulting firm is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations while partnering with leadership on financial planning and long-term strategy. This role involves managing core accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and supporting financial initiatives that drive growth. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in leadership roles, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Industry experience in healthcare or senior/assisted living is a plus.
• Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting functions including billing, receivables, payables, general ledger, and revenue accounting.
• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting activities; analyze results and explain variances.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
