Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on accrual accounting.
• Proven ability to turn ledgers into forecasts for planning.
• Strong storytelling to justify data-driven decisions.

• Experience in Youngstown, OH preferred.
• Ability to defend recommendations before stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Forecast tax payments precisely to avoid penalties.
• Walk auditors through documentation so it's self-explanatory.
• Implement and document internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Own grant compliance to avoid restricted funds return.
• Stand in for Youngstown controller when needed.
