Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accounting staff across general accounting, A/P, A/R, and financial systems.
• Liaise with communities on accounting policy, procedure, and training.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to support the financial infrastructure.
• Manage online banking and treasury management functions.
• Oversee monthly close and related reporting to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support annual budgeting and audit processes.
