We are seeking a VP Controller Consultant to join our Financial Operations practice and serve as a strategic partner for interim and project-based accounting needs.

You will work closely with CFOs, CEOs, and investment professionals to drive accurate financial reporting, scalable processes, and robust internal controls across client

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a Controller role.
• Bachelor's Degree required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and support national markets.
• Experience leading and optimizing accounting and finance functions to support growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with CFOs, CEOs, and investors.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial management and accounting services to clients with professionalism.
• Partner with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, PE firms, lawyers, tax advisors, and investors.
• Help clients implement growth initiatives and optimize processes and internal controls.
