• Review and post journal entries; manage month-end close.
• Oversee projects profitability, revenue recognition, and intercompany activities.
• Coordinate external audits and respond to auditors.
• Prepare management reports and various financial analyses.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure compliance with policies.
