Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems (EAS) is seeking a Controller for Rebel Systems, leading accounting, FP&A, and internal controls for a fast-growing, high‑tech division transitioning to public company practices.

The role partners with PPS Finance and leadership to deliver reliable financial insights, budgeting, and forecasting while strengthening internal controls and scalable processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including Controller or equivalent leadership.
• Manufacturing accounting experience including standard costing and cost accounting.
• Experience in a SOX‑compliant public‑company environment with U.S. GAAP knowledge.
• Must meet ITAR export-control requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes per US GAAP and EnerSys policies.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and reserves.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, analyses, and schedules.
