This role leads the planning, design and implementation of automated industrial control systems for multiple market sectors, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically accurate construction documents and robust solutions. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of control systems experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and a PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is a must.
• A minimum of 10 years applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and implementation of automated industrial control systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients through all design stages.
• Develop biddable construction documents including P&IDs and diagrams.
• Oversee field activities, reviews and commissioning.
• Mentor staff and develop project managers on control systems projects.
