Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies seeks a Senior Controls Engineer in Phoenix (HQ) with 10+ years of experience to lead advanced industrial automation projects.

You will design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems across Rockwell, Siemens, and Modicon platforms, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of controls engineering experience.
• Strong PLC programming background (Rockwell preferred).
• Experience with Ignition SCADA.
• Experience with field device gateways and industrial networking.
• Data center or mission-critical experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems.

• Work with Rockwell (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PlantPAx), Siemens, and Modicon platforms.

While our U.S. headquarters is based in Phoenix, we have offices nationwide and globally. This role is on‑site in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, or Cedar Rapids depending on candidate location.
