About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Controls Engineer to take the lead on innovative control system projects in the process manufacturing sector. From system design to field implementation, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering reliable, modern automation solutions for industrial clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and upgrade industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, panels, networks)
• Lead technical project tasks and collaborate with other engineers
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs (new and legacy platforms)
• Travel on-site for system upgrades and customer support
• Direct and support control panel design and oversee the build processes
• Work directly with customers to resolve real-world technical challenges

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on controls engineering experience
• Strong PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of industrial OT network design
• Ability to travel and engage in on-site customer work
• Confident working in both the field and the office
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
• Certifications (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, industrial networking)
• Background in process manufacturing or industrial automation
• Experience with system migrations (networks, I/O, processors)
• Valid driver’s license
