TechSource, a Salas O'Brien company, is seeking a seasoned Control Account Manager to support Los Alamos National Laboratory. You will oversee multiple control accounts and provide integrated cost, schedule, and performance management for a $20–30 million portfolio.

Strong EVM experience and Primavera P6 skills are essential. The role requires full-time on-site work at LANL, with a focus on accurate forecasting, executive reporting, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Active DOE Q Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple control accounts with budgets of $20–30 million.
• Develop and maintain integrated cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting and actionable insights across projects.
• Analyze performance, identify risks and variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support EVM processes and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for schedule planning and control integration.
• Coordinate with PMs, finance, and leadership for forecasting and execution.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and briefings for management and stakeholders.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and change control activities.
• Ensure projects align with cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
