Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with seven years contracting experience, including two years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted year-over-year.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and plans work of assigned staff.
• Coordinates implementation of contracts.
• Develops contracting policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation complies with procedures and regulations.
• Reviews project documentation and funding availability.
• Prepares contracts compliant with laws and agency requirements.
• Processes and reconciles contract documents and reimbursements.
• Reviews final pay statements and makes payment recommendations.
• Verifies pay items align with specs and procedures.
