Responsibilities

• Manage the contractual review of solicitations, proposal development, contract change control and administration.
• Establish and maintain primary contractual interface with the customer.
• Provide business, contractual and risk mitigation strategy guidance.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and related regulations.
• Work under general supervision with minimal travel and possibility of security clearance.
