Job summary

Esri is seeking a senior contracts partner within its Professional Services organization in Redlands, CA. You will manage contracts from RFP to proposal, through negotiation, execution and closeout, driving risk mitigation and helping structure successful customer engagements.

You will apply contract law knowledge, lead negotiations with diverse stakeholders, and collaborate across delivery, finance and legal teams, including federal contracting requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration with increasing responsibility.
• Experience negotiating and managing a variety of contract types and structures.
• Solid understanding of contract law, risk management, and procurement best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from RFP to proposal through negotiation, execution and closeout.
• Review and negotiate complex contract terms and statements of work.
• Identify contractual, commercial and operational risk.
• Develop practice approaches to mitigate contract risk.
• Partner across delivery, finance, legal and other business functions.
• Support commercial, public sector and federal contracting requirements; apply FAR/DFARS where applicable.
• Contribute to improvements in contracting processes, practices and tools.
