The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, strong knowledge of contractual language, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required. This position is in a standard office environment where proficient use of office software is essential, and supervisory experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in contracts administration.
• Familiarity with insurance coverage and state laws governing contractual agreements.
• Experience with FERC is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review contracts with subcontractors.
• Maintain files of all subcontracts for designated projects.
• Provide contract administration functions including maintaining records.
