Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of experience in managed care contracting.
• On-site quarterly meetings in MO/IL.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with managed care organizations for hospital, physician, and ancillary services.
• Review contract language with legal and internal stakeholders; perform redlining as needed.
• Collaborate with HSOs and internal teams to implement contract strategies.
• Educate stakeholders on contract provisions and operational implications.
• Resolve escalated contractual and operational issues through cross‑functional collaboration.
