Leidos is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to support the Mission Solutions Business Area within the Intel Sector, combining cutting-edge technology with national security. This role focuses on governance, contract administration, proposals, and risk management across a portfolio of critical programs, with emphasis on strategic customer engagement.

The position requires 12+ years of experience (or 10+ with a Master's), deep government contracting knowledge, and active Top Secret/Sensitive

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support
• Ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn-around time
• Expert-level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required

• Negotiation Mastery : Expert‑level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations
• Regulatory Knowledge : Working expertise in FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements
• Security Clearance : Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required

Pay Range:

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
