Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Contract Administrator (Level 3) or Sr. Principal (Level 4) to join its contracts team.

The role will manage complex contracts from development through closeout, including negotiation and administration of cost reimbursable and firm fixed price agreements. The position is onsite in Rocket Center, WV, with responsibilities spanning customer interactions, data entry in contract systems, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 9+ years of applied experience; or Bachelor’s with 5+ years; or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with various contract types such as Cost Reimbursable and Firm Fixed Price.
• Strong proposal development skills and excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiation and contract administration from proposal through closeout.
• Administer daily contract activities for multiple product lines and contract types.
• Enter and manage data in Contract Management and financial systems.
• Participate in customer meetings and monitor compliance to contract requirements.
• Lead change management processes and ensure confidentiality agreements and terms are negotiated within guidelines.
