CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Procurement Sr. Contracts Manager to lead drafting, negotiating, and finalizing IT and non-IT contracts for CVS Health.

You will guide risk mitigation, ensure regulatory compliance, and interact with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, and senior leadership to drive enterprise-wide savings and supplier performance. The role requires strong leadership, contract expertise, and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in contracts support environment.
• Experience drafting complex contractual documents and advising senior leaders on contract law and risks.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and high-volume negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare and review contract documents per policy to minimize exposure and maximize benefits.
• Lead supplier contract negotiations to balance risk and value for the enterprise.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and CVS policies across contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, and other stakeholders to finalize agreements.
• Manage multiple high-visibility contracts and projects with minimal supervision.
