Qualifications

• Six or more years of job-related experience in research contracting.
• Experience negotiating and administering research-related agreements.
• Experience with data use, material transfer, and IP terms.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, export controls.
• Ability to collaborate with investigators and external sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Manage negotiation, execution, and administration of research agreements.
