Job summary

Wolfe House & Building Movers seeks an experienced Business or Contract Attorney to serve as dedicated in-house counsel on a full-time basis. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, manage risk, and ensure multi-state compliance across jurisdictions while working with leaders and project managers to streamline legal operations.

Required: Juris Doctor degree and extensive contract experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Extensive experience handling contracts.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and leases.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify liabilities and advise on indemnification and insurance.
• Multi-State Compliance: Monitor regulatory and labor laws across states.
• Corporate Governance: Assist with policies and employment agreements.
• Dispute Resolution: Provide guidance on disputes and liaise with outside counsel.
