Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst for TennCare with remote options. The role focuses on the implementation and support of contract development, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to obtain legal review and approval.

Responsibilities include leading annual deliverables, tracking modifications with Finance, analyzing provider performance, and supporting cross-functional RFP and system projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of contracting or PBM/regulated industry experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual contract deliverables with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Process and track contract modification requests; collaborate with Finance to assess impacts.
• Analyze provider performance trends (cost/utilization) and report findings for contract compliance.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by assisting contract coordinators on RFPs and system projects.
• Own for state audits, CMS audits, internal audits, or program integrity audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
