Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to lead the development and maintenance of service provider contracts, focusing on TennCare. This role interfaces with multiple teams, ensures legal review of contract changes, and monitors contract compliance and incentives.

You will manage state audits, CMS audits, and internal reviews, while supporting RFPs and system projects. Remote work options and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, healthcare management or related area of study.
• 5 years of contracting or business process administration experience in PBM or other regulated industry.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsabilités

• Lead annual contract deliverables with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Process and track contract modification requests, collaborating with Finance for data and impacts.
• Analyze provider performance trends and report findings to support contract compliance.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by aiding contract coordinators and RFP/system projects.
• Be the primary business owner for State Comptroller, CMS, internal or program audits.
• Other duties as assigned
