Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst for TennCare with a remote work option. The role focuses on developing and maintaining provider contracts, obtaining legal reviews, and ensuring contract compliance and incentives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of PBM contracting experience, with eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. You will lead audits and coordinate cross-functional initiatives while supporting RFPs and related projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, healthcare management or related field.
• 5 years of contracting experience in PBM or regulated industry.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual contract deliverables with internal teams for timely completion.
• Process and track contract modification requests with Finance for data impact.
• Analyze provider performance trends and report findings for contract compliance.
• Support contract coordinators and contribute to RFP and system projects.
• Be primary business owner for State Comptroller, CMS, internal and program audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
