Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, or proposal preparation with U.S. Government clients.
• Experience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, or cost reimbursable
• Experience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role with industry partners
• Experience reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Organizational Conflict of Interest ( OCI ) terms and mitigation plans
• Ability to support complex contract activities that require the development of creative solutions and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients
• Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts within various markets.
• Review solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation, whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation for government contracts and subcontracts.
• Monitor operational performance and manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals and objectives.
