Physical Sciences Inc., a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP), has an opportunity for a Senior Contracts Administrator who will provide proactive contractual, subcontract, and pricing support to diverse company enterprises. Successful candidate should have 5+ years experience in federal contract and grant administration, preferably in research and development and production.

Responsibilities include cradle to grave contract administration comprising of proposal preparation with pricing, negotiation, contracts administration, and closeout. Must advise management on contractual rights and obligations and compile and analyze data. Must have strong skills in proposal pricing, negotiation, working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFARS, federal grants, subcontracting, and Microsoft Word and Excel.

Attention to detail is a must. Ability to handle complex proposals and contracts with minimal supervision. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work activities in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.

Experience with US export law and regulations for Dept. of State and Department of Commerce, including licensure is a plus.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent is desirable as is being eligible for a Government clearance.

Pay Range: The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $95K–$145K. The actual salary offered will depend on the candidate’s experience, education, and specialized skills.
