Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Contracts Administration 2 in Charlottesville, VA, with 9/80 schedule and 100% onsite work. The role oversees contracts strategy and compliance for the Maritime Systems & Integration OU, coordinating with Naval and Oceanic Systems and multiple sites across the US.

You will lead a team of contract professionals, ensure performance against schedule and budget, and drive strong customer satisfaction while mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 8 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience in contract administration/management.
• Will consider 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree requirement.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracting processes.
• Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and management.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of Applications

Responsibilities

• Lead Contracts strategy and compliance within the MS&I OU, reporting to the Senior Manager of Contracts.
• Supervise contract administration staff and manage portfolio and new business pursuit.
• Provide guidance, direction, and problem-solving to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct negotiations, contract administration, and customer contact activities to meet company policies and requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive profitable outcomes.
