Job summary

Global Edge Group is seeking an experienced professional to develop and manage contractual templates for Operations & Maintenance, Capital Projects and Shared Services. You will work with SCM professionals to standardize contracting requirements, streamline RFx to award, and ensure templates reflect risk profiles and policy compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
  • 10 years of direct contract formation and post‑award management experience
  • Experience developing contractual templates for oil & gas or energy sectors
  • Expertise in terms and conditions for oil & gas/energy sectors
  • Knowledge of indemnity, liability limits, cybersecurity, insurance, IP, confidentiality, supplier risk

Responsibilities

  • Develop templates for Operations & Maintenance, Capital Projects, and Shared Services contracts
  • Identify areas to standardize contracting requirements and streamline RFx to award
  • Collaborate with SCM, business owners, legal, risk and finance SMEs
  • Ensure templates have fit-for-purpose terms aligned with company policies and risk profiles
