Job summary

QinetiQ US is looking for a Senior Contract Support Administrator to support a client in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration within a fast-paced research environment. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of contracting experience, preferably with active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or have been debriefed in the last 24 months.
• Minimum of 5 years of contracting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration support including data-call responses.
• Interface with DoD financial systems.
• Maintain compliant and accurate contract files.
• Prepare contract awards and modifications.
• Review and process documentation.
• Develop and maintain key contractual documents.
• Review and advise on SOWs and contracting documents.
• Conduct market research and prepare related documentation.
