Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Experience: 3 years in contract administration, administrative support, bookkeeping or accounting.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage statewide lettings, contract development and execution of contracts and oversight of requisitions, purchase orders, payments and change orders.
• Audit invoices for compliance with contract terms and governmental rules.
• Develop contracts, amendments, procedures, forms and related financial/statistical reports.
