Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Contracts Intake & Review Specialist in the United States to support contract lifecycle processes. You will categorize requests, conduct initial research, and route items to the correct teams to keep pipelines moving.

Responsibilities include reviewing terms, drafting minor amendments, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Operations. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Law or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of related work experience.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform intake and first-level review of contractual requests to determine categorization and next steps.

  • Perform intake, evaluation, and first-level review of contractual requests to determine appropriate categorization, required stakeholders, business requirements, and next steps.
  • Conduct preliminary research on incoming requests in our Contracts Lifecycle Management tool, including customer history, existing agreements, contract documentation, and related contractual activity to support accurate routing and review.
  • Monitor contract workflows for duplicate requests, incomplete submissions, missing information, and process exceptions that may impact execution timelines or downstream business processes.
  • Audit and maintain contract metadata, attributes, and system records to ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
  • Support leadership in developing key risk assessment documentation, such as the Pre-Redline Assessment and Contract Risk Matrix, to highlight contributions to risk identification, mitigation, and overall agreement governance.
  • First level review and markup of contract terms and conditions for both customer and TEK standard agreements with minor changes.
  • Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, procedures, and approved risk tolerances the completion of a contract risk matrix.
  • Review and prepare other contractual instruments, including non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, representations and certifications, amendments, and related contract documentation.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality assurance, and compliance with established service level agreements and operational standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Contracts, Sales Support, Legal, and operational stakeholders by responding to intake inquiries, gathering information, providing guidance on process requirements, and directing requests to the appropriate resource when needed.
Qualifications

Required Education/and or Experience:

  • Theknowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to Business, Finance or Law
  • Seeking 2-4 years of work experience
  • Prior contract review experience preferred
  • Highproficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Adaptableand able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Strongproblem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage time and excel in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Successful track record of providing quality customer service

Compensation:

$60,000 - $85,300 + Bonus (Annual)
