Job summary

Champion Health Plan is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Contract Specialist to support the development and management of a strong, compliant, and competitive provider network. You will negotiate, draft, and manage provider agreements and amendments, and ensure Medicare Advantage contract compliance.

In this senior role, you will collaborate across teams to improve workflows, support network adequacy, and maintain precise contract records, with travel within assigned regions as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare contract administration or managed care.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Medicare Advantage or managed care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and manage provider agreements, LOAs, contracts, and amendments.
• Support provider network expansion and maintain provider relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage and SNP contracting requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records, renewals, and reporting.
