Job summary

inSync Staffing seeks a Senior Sourcing professional in San Diego, onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remote. You will manage a cross-functional portfolio, drive total cost of ownership savings and lead supplier negotiations with internal stakeholders including Legal, Risk and Sr. Mgmt.

related to Travel, IT, Facilities and Marketing categories. Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in strategic sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and experience with Ariba and eProcurement systems.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and cost reduction.
• Ability to analyze supplier capabilities and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional categories and multiple projects.
• Develop cost reduction strategies and conduct rigorous market analyses.
• Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations and change management efforts.
• Track performance and report portfolio results; manage contracts for strategic purchases.
• Develop project plans and work with stakeholders to achieve category goals.
