Job summary

Cigna is seeking an Audit Senior Analyst to lead complex contract audits, analyze pricing/eligibility data, and drive improvements across the business. You'll collaborate with Sales, Operations, and BI teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely actions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with ERP/BI tools. A focus on risk reduction and delivering strong customer outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience; experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience managing contract pricing, membership eligibility, customer access, master data, or related agreements.
• Strong ability to interpret complex contracts, pricing terms, and amendments.
• Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier, wholesale, and customer contracts to identify pricing, eligibility, compliance, and system setup requirements.
• Audit pricing, membership eligibility, customer access, and contract data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies, analyze audit findings, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead customer audit projects, driving communication, accountability, and successful resolution.
• Analyze pricing, membership, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain contract, project, and workload tracking tools while ensuring timely follow-up on key actions.
• Partner with Business Intelligence teams to develop and enhance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to support strategic business needs.
• Serve as a contract and pricing subject matter expert, providing guidance on agreement language and business decisions.
• Support team workflow management, reporting, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous process and system improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and service quality.
