Job summary
The Cigna Group is seeking an Audit Senior Analyst to lead contract audits, analyze pricing and eligibility data, and drive improvements across the organization.
You will partner with Sales, Operations and BI teams to enhance reports, maintain data integrity, and ensure timely actions on complex supplier and customer contracts.

Qualifications
- Experience interpreting complex contracts, pricing terms and amendments.
- Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Operations and other teams.
Responsibilities
- Review contracts to identify pricing, eligibility, compliance and system setup requirements.
- Audit pricing, membership eligibility, customer access and contract data for accuracy.
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Lead customer audit projects and drive communication and accountability.
- Analyze data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain tracking tools and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
- Partner with BI teams to develop reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic business needs.
- Serve as contract and pricing subject matter expert on language and decisions.
- Support team workflow, training and knowledge sharing.
- Drive process and system improvements for efficiency and compliance.
