Job summary

Sandisk seeks a skilled contracts attorney to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements for procurement and logistics. You will partner with engineering, operations, IT, finance, and other teams to balance business goals with risk.

Based in Milpitas or Irvine, CA, this exempt, full-time role reports to the Director, Senior Counsel, Global Commercial Contracts, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to shape contracting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 6 years drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of contracting principles, risk allocation, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of commercial contracts (SaaS, services, supply, IP licenses).
• Provide risk assessments and guidance to stakeholders while balancing risk and business objectives.
• Support cross-functional teams to resolve contractual issues and facilitate business objectives.
