Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, legal studies, or related field.
• 6–8 years in contract management, procurement, or legal operations with at least 2 years supervising a team.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and procurement processes.
• Experience reading and interpreting contract terms and drafting legal language.
• Familiar with legal terminology and risk management principles.
• Experience with contract management systems and procurement platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the contract management team for intake, review, and recordkeeping of procurement contracts.
• Oversee complex contract review processes with legal, outside counsel, and stakeholders to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor renewals and extensions, aligning with category strategies and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain contract management processes, tools, and templates.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance across the function.
• Partner with sourcing and category teams to ensure smooth handoffs and risk mitigation.
